We have already organized several training workshops about bioinformatics and related activities, and will continue organizing more of them while there are users interested. If you have any suggestion about any custom training of special interest for your area of knowledge, please contact us and we will evaluate the posibility of offering it.

IPA training (2013)

Ingenuity pathway analysis organized, in collaboration with SCBI (Málaga University), the first IPA Training that was held 21 & 22 Febrary, 2013.

Supercomputing and Next Generation Sequencing (2011)

The RES (Spanish Supercomputing Network), coordinated by BSC-CNS, organized, in collaboration with SCBI (Málaga University), the RES Supercomputing and Scientific Seminar of Next Generation Sequencing that was held 17 & 18 March, 2011.
