De novo transcriptome assembly
The de novo Transcriptome Assembly service offers a complete understanding of gene expression in various organisms and biological conditions in such a way that it allows the acquisition of knowledge about the genetic function and underlying biological mechanisms in the organisms studied, thanks to the reconstruction of the genes.
This complex process consists of several stages, starting with quality inspection and preprocessing of sequencing reads. Subsequently, the genes are reconstructed using different algorithms. Once rebuilt, an inspection of the assembly is carried out by calculating different parameters. Next, the reconstructed genes are annotated, and their associated functions are identified. Finally, the quantification of gene expression is carried out.
